The property was extended from a 10,500 sq ft floorplan to create an incredible 18,000 sq ft property. The client requested a 7-bedroom family home with understated elegance and quiet grandeur, with indoor and outdoor living spaces, and an uninterrupted view looking across the Polo field to the prestigious clubhouse.

The key to this villa design lies in its simplicity of the relationship between different spatial areas. Its floorplan is structured, sparse and uncluttered.
The chosen design has created a contemporary home with a sense of unity between the interior and exterior spaces into one grand experience.
The thought behind the design was to create large luxurious rooms in which a potential purchaser could imagine themselves living and experiencing a luxurious life-style (whatever their style maybe).
The simple choice of materials compliments the sculptural form of the house. The flooring is consist of a high quality crema marfil marble throughout, enhanced by complementary magnificent ceiling designs. The principal neutral elements are contrasted by dark wenge timber.
The master suite has an innovative wardrobe and a walk-in closet system. Distinctive features include its minimal-look doors with leather handles and storage tailored with dedicated specific functions i.e. tray drawers with wooden and leather inserts, pull-out shoe racks, trouser and shirt hangers. This walk-in closet combines functionality and style.
Due to the Dubai’s hot and humid climate our input was critical to the landscaping scheme which was designed by an award winning Australian designer. Our goal was to provide a relaxing yet sophisticated entertainment area.
Our approach was to develop a unique and cost effective solution using a broad range of materials, finishes, water and fireplace features which are compatible to Dubai’s climate.
The design was approved by the client because of its numerous understated elegant features. We managed to incorporate the required key elements with a magnificent floorplan which flowed endlessly from room to room creating stunning elements throughout your journey of the villa.
The major contribution to the choice of the final design was the striking results within the required budget.
